O'Keefe to Retire from UND AA & F in March 2014
 

Tim O'Keefe, Executive Vice President and CEO of the UND Alumni Association & Foundation, has announced that he will retire in March of 2014.

Harold Hamm, owner of oil company Continental Resources, Inc., has given $10 million to UND in a public/private partnership with the state of North Dakota. The state Industrial Commission will fund $4 million of the $14 million initiative. The partnership will create the Harold Hamm School of Geology and Geological Engineering at UND. Read more about the gift here.

Altru Health System provides leadership gift
for Universty of North Dakota Athletics Complex

ICON Architectural Group rendering, UND Athletics ComplexAltru Health System has pledged a $10 million gift to the University of North Dakota through the UND Foundation in support of a sports medicine partnership between Altru and UND. According to UND President Robert Kelley, $9 million will serve as the leadership gift for a new UND Athletics Complex, an indoor practice and competition facility on campus.

A tribute to
Glen Gransberg 

Glen Gransberg and his wife, Janice, provided the generous gift allowing the Gorecki Alumni Center to pursue LEED Platinum designation. Glen passed away last October. This tribute honors Glen, whose North Dakota Spirit drove him to do the most good with his resources.
